Adrian High School Graduate Newest Recruit to Talking Mules Speech and Debate Team

WARRENSBURG, MO (July 12, 2019) – Looking for an opportunity to continue a strong tradition of excellence, the University of Central Missouri’s speech and debate team, the Talking Mules, will benefit this year from a new member of the team from Adrian. The latest recruit, Robert Reece, son of Christine and Daniel Engelken, is a recent graduate of Adrian High School.

Reece was welcomed to the Talking Mules during a visit to campus in July. He and his mother, Christine, met with Jack Rogers, Ph.D., who serves as director of forensics at UCM, and Nikki Freeman, Ed.D., assistant director of forensics. All participated in a signing ceremony to celebrate his plan to join the team.
